With acute focus on our customers' needs, we ensure our customers get what they want. The builders we work with are very flexible in terms of accommodating your needs and budget. Two Storey
As the name suggests a two-story is just that. There are many variations of two-story designs. Popular designs include front porches, dormers and garages with bonus rooms above.

 Split Entry
The entrance to a split entry is split between the upper & lower living areas. Typically split entries have the main living area upstairs similar to a bungalow. The downstairs accommodates expansion or additional living space requirements.

 Salt Box
The salt box or Georgian style home is a two-story home characterized by it's "clean" simple design with a centrally located main entrance and windows proportionally flanking each side and the second floor. Variations of the original Georgian style home include large front verandas and/or a side garage.

 Bungalow
A bungalow is a home with the living area all on one floor. The basement can be finished for extra bedrooms or family rooms. An appealing feature to some is that the stairs lead to the basement only and not to a main living area.
